Majidea Zanguebarica is probably one of the funniest / special plants / seeds I have. It is a small tree that puts many seeds in a red decorative dish. 6-8 seeds. Brilliant for Christmas decorations.
Seeds are extremely hard, reminiscent of velor and are used in Africa in rattles, musical instruments and as jewelry. They are not difficult to grow and many already grow in Denmark. (pictures of Danish) Cites Certificate and import permit are available.
Plants 3 cm. down in the soil. If they get sun, heat and good soil, they will be able to grow even faster. Everyone is gathered by me from my trees (picture) I always answer everything 10-17 every day. In harsh winters, you put them in a basement or garage, then they will come in the spring again. You can do it yourself. have it in a jar inside. See also my other plants, ask for a list.
I only have things I like myself, but you are always welcome to make suggestions. If they do not grow, you can ALWAYS get new ones, or alternatively a plant. You only pay for the shipment.
There is a funny story attached to this particular plant. The tree (there are actually 3) is guarded by a family of 5, a husband and a “lot” of wives + a myriad of wonderful healthy children, I stopped counting. Everyone is self. pregnant, such is Africa. They live under the tree and earn for the day and the road by sitting and crushing stones. Yes, like Jens Vejmand. 10-15 kr- per day.
When I pick up a bag of seeds there is always a lot of palaver and shouting and screaming. You may have enough appointments, but you will always be “ripped” for a little extra THZ. But I love it and when you’ve paid, they yell and scream at you … Karen Blixen was not stupid. There is so much quality of life here that you do not find in many places.
